Rafael D. Hines is chief executive director and president of Success Link Outreach, Inc. He is a graduate of Westport Business Communication School and attended Penn Valley Community College. For the past 18 years he has devoted his time, talent and resources working with youth in after school and community based programs, crafting his skills to work with at-risk youth.
Success Link Outreach, Inc., was developed in 2016 to provide additional opportunities to implement outcome-based youth development training to create effective agents of community change. He is highly involved in various community programs in Kansas City, Missouri, helping to develop leadership potential, an ethic of service, and personal responsibility of youth. He is a member of a national coalition network of associate for at-risk youth.
